Headquarters & Strategic Goals

The Headquarters and Strategic Goals sections could use a clean up. The amount of varying bold, links and dead links make the text really hard to read. Also a normal bullet or numbered list makes it clearer. --Kokkan 17:03, 6 October 2012 (EDT)

Just cleaned up the page of excess links (both dead and active) and kept the bold to the first paragraphs of the page. With the dead links I'd rather have stubs than remove them - if people click on them then they can start thinking of what should go on that page. Hobbes 17:22, 6 October 2012 (EDT)
