Fast_Food_EWI is the name used by the game's engine for this map on Enemy Within when selecting it for single battles with the Developer's Menu activated. If you look closely, the bank has almost the same architecture of the Fast Food map on the older Enemy Unknown. The designers just gave it a new decoration.
