Alien Artifacts (Long War)

Some artifacts that previously had no value are now used, particularly alien stasis tanks and surgery. The green text saying whether something can be sold freely is still correct. Another notable difference is that alien weapons cannot be used directly, but are consumed to manufacture XCOM plasma weapons. Beyond that, the changes are mostly to Grey Market values. Of note, acquisitions from Alien Base assaults (particularly the Hyperwave Beacon) are much more valuable, encouraging XCOM to liberate withdrawn nations when possible. The art, artifacts, and computer from the EXALT HQ assault have also been greatly boosted.
