Alien Artifacts (Long War)

Little has changed with the Alien Artifacts themselves, though some values have been changed. For example, Stasis Tanks and Alien Surgeries are now required (in a fairly significant amount) for the Foundry project that has replaced the OTS's Rapid Recovery option. Beyond that, the changes are mostly to Grey Market values. Of note, acquisitions from Alien Base assaults (particularly the Hyperwave Beacon) are much more valuable, encouraging XCOM to liberate withdrawn nations when possible. The art, artifacts, and computer from the EXALT HQ assault has also been greatly boosted.
