This unusual suit of armor incorporates some basic implants designed to assist the wearer in employing any psi talents they have developed.
A poor man's Vortex armor though it comes earlier and provides good protection and defense. The Will bonus is a great compliment for psi support soldiers. Do not overlook this armor kit, it may yet surprise you with its utility.
