This unusual suit of armor incorporates some basic implants designed to assist the wearer in employing any psi talents they have developed.
A poor man's Vortex Armor. However, it may be manufactured earlier and is far cheaper. Provides a balance between Health and Defense. The Will bonus is a great complement for psionic soldiers. Do not overlook this armor kit, it may yet surprise you with its utility.
