A large Alien Supply barge that was captured and re-configured to serve as XCOM's mobile headquarters. Instead of having an underground bunker from which to oversee all activities, the Avenger goes from region to region in order to find local resistance cells aswell as scanning for valuable intel or supplies.
The tutorial's first few missions revolve around getting the Avenger flight capable aswell as securing critical components for it's daily operation.
