The Zudjari Field Commander, and possible Second-In-Command of the empire. He is the boss of the Lakebed mission in Oregon.
He carries a Plasma Assault Cannon as his primary weapon, but his biggest strength is several abilities, including the Pulse Wave, and teleportation. You first find him in a control room, under a barricade. Three energy terminals around the perimeter need to be deactivated to make the shield drop. While he cannot attack you while the shield is up, other aliens will teleport in as you move around the room, including multiple Mutons. Clear all enemies before deactivating the third terminal, and it'll be a 1-on-1 fight.
