Class Builds (Bureau)
As per usual, you need a squad to face Outsider threat. There are four specialty's to chose from, Recon(Sniper), Support(Medic), Engineer(tactical), and Commando(assault)
At Rank 1, they each start with only their base training and a starting ability.
Support
Rank 1:
Ability: Combat Stims
Bonus: Increases the combat performance of allies in the area of effect.
Description: By dispersing an aerosol burst of stimulants, this agent can temporarily enhance The accuracy, damage, and survivability of allies.
Rank 2:
Ability: Shield Sphere
Bonus: Deploys a Shield Sphere, protecting all inside against enemy fire.
Description: This agent can now deploy a spherical shield, providing safety anywhere on the battlefield.
And
Endurance
Bonus: Increases maximum health.
Description: Combat experience and training has hardened this agent, making him more capable of enduring the dangers of the battlefield.
Rank 3:
Ability: Disrupt (Split)
Bonus: Destroys an opponent’s shield and leaves them stunned.
Description:
This agent can fire a burst of energy that overloads shields and disorients enemies.
Or
Ability: Weaken (Split)
Bonus: Destroys an enemy’s armor and renders them vulnerable.
Description:
This agent can fire a burst of energy that renders unarmored foes vulnerable and does significant damage to armor.
Rank 4:
Medical Breakthrough (Split)
Bonus: Increases potency of Combat Stims ability.
Description: Pharmacological research has increased the power of Combat Stims. Those under the effects hit harder and faster.

Guardian Angel (Split)
Bonus: Significantly reduces damage when on a revive order.
Description: This agent is devoted to keeping his squadmates alive, and can get through hell in order to revive an ally.
And
Helping Hand
Bonus: Makes all squad abilities last longer.
Description: By forging tight-knit bonds, this agent ensures every member of the squad Learns essential skills to improve performance.

Savior (Split)
Bonus: Significantly increases the entire squad’s bleed-out time.
Description: This agent applies pre-combat injections to all squad members, causing wounds to quickly coagulate and slow bleeding.

Mirror (Split)
Bonus: The agent’s Shield Sphere ability reflects projectiles.
Description: This agent’s Shield Sphere reflects enemy projectiles back at the attacker.

Bonus: Inflicts heavy damage to any target on the battlefield.
Description: This agent’s impressive skill as a marksman allows him to concentrate And land a perfect shot.
Rank 2:
Hard To Kill (Split)
Bonus: Significantly decreases chance to be hit.
Description: This agent has learned how to make it difficult for enemies to anticipate his movements and hit him.

Sniper (Split)
Bonus: Increases damage with sniper rifles.
Description: Advanced combat training in offensive tactics allows this agent to damage targets more effectively.
And
Eagle Eye
Bonus: Increases weapon effectiveness from a flanking position or higher ground.
Description: This agent’s experience enables him to take advantage of flanking positions and higher ground to make more accurate shots.

Ability: Cloak (Split)
Bonus: Renders agent invisible.
Description: This agent can temporarily turn invisible, making him impossible to target.

Ability: Diversion (Split)
Bonus: Diverts enemy attention toward deployed hologram.
Description: This agent can deploy a holographic decoy to distract enemies, enabling The squad to move into flanking positions.

Crack Shot (Split)
Bonus: Recharges Critical Strike ability faster.
Description: Repeated Critical Strikes have improved this agent’s reflexes, resulting in faster use of this ability.

Description: This agent’s observational skills enable him to target Critical Strikes at weak points in armor and shields.

Ability: Fire Mission Bonus: Bombards an area with heavy artillery.
Description: This agent can call in a devastating localized artillery strike.

Rank 1:
Ability: Scatter
Bonus: Causes enemies to panic and flee an area.
Description: This agent has built devices to temporarily repel Outsiders. It has no impairing effects on humans.

Ability: Mine
Bonus: Deploys an explosive proximity mine.
Description: Engineering training allows this agent to deploy mines on the battlefield, becoming deadly traps for unwary opponents.

Demolitions Expert (Split)
Bonus: The mine ability recharges faster.
Description: Time spent studying demolitions has given this agent the ability to deploy mines more swiftly.

Shotgunner (Split)
Bonus: Increases accuracy and damage with weapons.
Description: Experience fighting in the field has taught this agent to make every shot count. He knows where to aim to cause the most damage.

Ability: Rocket Turret (Split)
Bonus: Deploys a powerful Rocket Turret
Description: This agent can deploy a Rocket Turret, a high damage weapon best used at long range.

Ability: Laser Turret (Split)
Bonus: Deploys a rapid-fire Laser Turret.
Description: This agent can deploy a Laser Turret, a high rate-of-fire weapon best used at short- and mid-ranges.

Fortified Turrets (Split)
Bonus: Turrets now deploy with a shield.
Description: This agent has mastered the craft of deploying autonomous weapons. His turrets are now fortified with shields.

Monkeywrench (Split)

Description: This agent’s Engineering experience significantly increases the squad’s damage against mechanical enemies.

Heavy Metals
Bonus: Increases damage from all deployed weapons.
Description: Experience with Outsider technology has taught this agent how to use alien Materials in his turrets and mines, increasing their efficacy.
