The Disruptor Bomb Launcher is a powerful high-capacity missile launcher of alien origin. It stores a massive 32 round capacity, higher than any missile launcher that X-COM can access. It also has massive damage potential, bested only by the one-shot missile launchers. The Disruptor Bombs themselves are very durable against anti-missile energy weapons.
The launcher's main limitations are the launcher's size and the fact that ammunition cannot be recovered from UFOs and must be manufactured. 32 rounds of ammo take a very long time to manufacture, this does not endear the disruptor bombs very well towards many X-COM commanders that rely heavily on manufacturing to produce other useful consumables such as shields.
