An example of a "maxed out" base configuration in Enemy Within: Workshop Adjacency (including Foundry and MEC Lab), x10 (in practice, 99% credits/elerium/alloy refunds) Laboratory Adjacency (including Gene Lab) reduces research time to roughly 40% normal research time, and EXALT hacks are barred by 60% (only the physical labs count on data backup, not adjacency) Generators: 1 Thermo and 2xElerium, 114 Power in Impossible (example base configuration takes only 105) Satt Uplink/Nexus 2x2 block provides 16 connections for all 16 Council member nations.
