This is WORLD.DAT with records (i.e., areas) that seemed to overlap XCOM's meridian, having their terrain changed (e.g. Polar to Farm or vice-versa). As you can see, it follows the usual Greenwich meridian. There is one errant area (record 359, the mountains replacing polar at the north pole) that looked suspicious, but it doesn't actually wrap. There are 23 records that wrap across the meridian. Be sure to backup your original WORLD.DAT.
