Similarities

Terror From The Deep (Xcom 2) was built using the same game engine as Xcom 1. One might come to think as them being the same except for graphical changes. This certainly is the case! There are just a hand full of changes, the obvious one being its set mainly underwater. Tactics one can use in UFO:EU can also be used with TFTD.

Note: Xcom Wiki contains extensive data about UFO:EU. Most of this can also be applied to TFTD as well.
