A 'rocket' launching Plasma-based sationary weapon platform, it's bolts are of similar make and rate-of-fire to the shots of the Blaster Launcher. Your Engineers can develop the ability to set up a XCOM variant, for mid-to-long-range encounters. Lifting an alien will have it focus on that target, or you can lift the turret itself, and it will fire at multiple enemies.
