Covert operatives must blend into a crowd, and this lightly armored suit serves that purpose well.
The leather jacket is the default armor kit for Covert operatives and as such does not require production. It provides great mobility but no protection and is the only armor kit available for covert missions. Be sure that your operative is either fast or can withstand some punishment.
Special NOTE; Yep... what you see below is our Triad friend from low places -- Shaojie Zhang. And while we were on the subject of DLC supplements, Annette Durand could coax us (DR Vahlen believes it was some sort of Hypnotic powers!) into wearing a cool Jacket as well. Contacts - established.
