This file is created when combat ends. It uses the same format as [[MISSION.DAT]] and [[MISDATA.DAT]]. Although it's presumabley read by the geoscape engine, it's currently unknown as to whether this file differs from the original [[MISSION.DAT]] file.

By hacking values and seeing the corresponding results screen, I've determined a number of offsets used for 'debriefing' statistics when you go back to the geoscape.
