An exotic device able to move a unit instantaneously over any distance. This alien technology has enough dimensional flux to allow one teleportation action before needing to fully recharge, allowing another in about ten seconds. This highly technical device can be manufactured with great effort and expense, but is not worthwhile since it will become be available in limited quantities on the battlefield if not destroyed by explosives.
A teleportation location which is obstructed, will be disallowed. An X-Com unit without flying capability will only be allowed to teleport if there is ground underneath whereas, a flying agent can teleport to any valid location. Unexplored areas are also valid destinations.
