The psionic lab is a unique building,which requires researching Psionics, used to train the Psi Operative class. To train one, it requires staffing a rookie to train for some time. Training time can be reduced by staffing up to two scientists. Upon construction, there is one slot to train soldiers in but can be upgraded to include an additional slot, allowing to train multiple soldiers simultaneously saving time.
