Reinforcements (LW2)

In LW2, the location of incoming Advent/Alien reinforcements are no longer denoted by a red flare, as in vanilla. The exception is on Rookie difficulty, where the flares are still present.
- Enemy reinforcements generally come at regulated intervals based on Advent strength in the region. They start stronger than in vanilla and end much, much stronger.
