The Stingray is a close-range craft armament that is available to purchase at the start of the conflict.

Operating very similarly compared to its vanilla counterpart. The stingray has suffered a loss of range efficacy against UFOs in this mod, with its range being reduced to 21km from 30km.

The chief advantage of the Stingray is its quicker rate of fire and larger ammo reserve compared to the Avalanche. However any craft using this will need to get dangerously close to its target in order to fire it, meaning the attacking craft will be exposing itself to enemy for for an extended period.
