The Stormdog is the basic road vehicle, essentially a military variant of the Civilian Car. While it can equip anti-aircraft weapons, it's susceptibility to damage (especially if the road beneath it is destroyed) limits its usefulness. Make use of the one you start with if you want, or sell it, but don't waste resources buying more of them.
