This information only seems to be used in the graph, setting high or low values does not seem to impact the amount of funding changes at the end of the month at least. I guess it might affect alien behaviour though, might have to test that later (i.e. put very high XCOM values in an area and see if alien retaliation missions etc turn up there). --Sfnhltb 01:07, 1 March 2007 (PST)
