"Androids actually do gain experience and improve their statistics, but at an incredibly slow rate." We know that but somebody can not know that, just cant understand ur logic why u remove this M9M?

Makus, do you have actual proof that androids improve? The 1% improvement that some players see is not real - it happens because of how the game converts TU into Speed for real-time missions. So if your android has TU=77, the game will convert it to Speed=80 and show this as "1% improvement", but it will return to 77 and "0% improvement" after the mission. Basically, what Darkpast said. I removed it because my understanding (based on Skin36's battle experience code and the obvious inability to put them in training) is that they don't improve, and we worked out recently that you can get the "1% improvement" showing up from rounding alone so that alone (which I've seen too) doesn't disprove that understanding. i get it now thx ..but it is still a pity that there are no ways to leveling androids in the game ...an idea arises with a mod in the openapoc where all human agents would wear a chip matrix that records combat experience,tactic and strategy. And if the agent was dying, then this chip could help androids to pump in certain skills ...
