I added some more ini edits, but didn't have time to clean them up too much. I took most of them from the Pavonis Interactive forum: http://www.pavonisinteractive.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=23745
They could also be combined with the first one probably, or maybe make some more sections or something.

Setting items/weapons to infinite
Changing items/weapons to infinite no longer works in Version 1.1. As a workaround reducing build costs in the same line works.
Added and Cleaned up some stuff
I added a couple of new sections and added some detail in the "Beginner's" section.
