| + | I rather suspect that 0 for country satisfaction is IMMEDIATE. As in you don't get money that month. My theory is that the Infiltration Battleship appearing in orbit will immediately change country satisfaction to 0. | ||

I rather suspect that 0 for country satisfaction is IMMEDIATE. As in you don't get money that month. My theory is that the Infiltration Battleship appearing in orbit will immediately change country satisfaction to 0.
