I believe I found the 'template' for this file in GEOSCAPE.EXE. Starts at 0x5D894. I suppose modifying values here could change the max funding if so desired. Pi Masta 18:36, 5 March 2007 (PST)


I rather suspect that 0 for country satisfaction is IMMEDIATE. As in you don't get money that month. My theory is that the Infiltration Battleship appearing in orbit will immediately change country satisfaction to 0.
