Technically I think this should be called Elerium Pod. Elerium, in the Apocalypse sense, is an ammunition for craft weapons, so in the strict "Elerium" state it has no place in the Equipment category. Elerium Pods, on the other hand, can be found in the battlescape, have a weight and an explicit image, etc. The "rub" so to speak probably springs from the nature of Elerium Pods, since they are broken down to 150 units of Elerium as cargo at the end of the mission. - I agree that the pod is, in a way, more tangible, but I assume the section is called Elerium simply because that is its Ufopaedia entry, and the pod is merely its physical form prior to being converted into Elerium (the weapon ammo).
- Since it's just a stub, go ahead and make any changes that you see fit. Anything is better than nothing at this stage. -NKF 03:47, 20 June 2010 (EDT)
