Chart is going to need work: reserch reqs, enigneer reqs, time, and quickbuild meld cost and § formula (facility builds is also going to need those last two). "Seat" thing was clever, but don't think it'll survive. --Xuncu (talk) 03:17, 14 June 2014 (EDT)
Added Psi Screen under protective items, someone please confirm the materials cost/time etc if possible
