Precision Shot
With sniper/long rifles, Fire a shot with +30% critical chance, no -30% squadsight penalty to criticals, and extra damage on critical hits, based on the soldier's weapon tech level. With Marksman's and Strike Rifles, allows an unlimited range shot with no other bonuses. 2 turn cooldown.
