Precision Shot
With sniper/long rifles: Fire a shot with +30% critical chance, no -30% squadsight penalty to criticals, and extra damage on critical hits based on the soldier's weapon tech level. With Marksman's and Strike Rifles: Fire an unlimited range shot with no other bonuses. 2 turn cooldown.
