Omega Conglomerate of Hong Kong is a holding company with several interests in branded consumer goods, property development and hotel management, oil and gas exploration, marine shipping, telecommunications, media, defense technology and financial services. In addition the company has interests in other sectors, such as private security, deep water drilling and biogenetics. The company conducts its interests mostly in the East Asia area but also in North America and Europe.

The elephant in the room that the few people who are aware of it simply ignore. But let's start 
from the beginning. The Omega Conglomerate was founded at the beginning of the 1950s by European
and Chinese business interests in Hong Kong following the Communist takeover of mainland China.
Some reports mention that those 'Chinese business interests' were criminal 'triad' mafias or 
obscure groups running away from Mao. For the most part of its existence Omega restricted its
operations to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and the Southeast Asia. It expanded its business throughout
those countries but kept a low profile by controlling key blocks of shares on its front companies
but keeping itself away from direct management of their operations.
At the end of the 80s the situation changed however. Red China started to open to foreign investment 
and Omega was placed at the right place, at the right moment to benefit from the Chinese drift
away from communism to turn itself into a massive business empire during the last 20 years, 
specially during the fake alien war.
And this fortunate coincidence is considered to be proof to that Omega wasn't there by chance 
or 'luck' but as a part of a long-term plan made by a secret cabal regarding China and the rest
of the world with secret proposes.
