Although the technology in the Xspec laser Pistol is similar to that of the original Xcom laser Pistol (Developed late 1990's) it has been drastically redesigned. Since the original laser pistol was the first operational laser weapon to be developed, it missed out on later technological developments that followed furthur research. This version takes full advantage of all laser technology research.

This weapon comes with an energy source powerful enough to charge the weapons capacitors up to 90,000 times. This allows extended use of each unit in battle and helps to save on maintenance costs.

This Huge hulking weapon offers the one function the missile launcher lacks, Automatic fire mode. When thumbed into life, this beast will unload the contents of its current pod in the direction of the unfortunate enemies. This weapon is unruly and inaccurate but has the ability to reduce entire battlefields to burning rubble with ease.

Comes with pods containing 3 rockets in standard explosive capped or Napalm.

[Missile Launcher]

This ordinance is used primarily to destroy large objects and vehicles but can be unleashed on any unfortunate enemies.

Comes with Medium rockets, Heavy rockets, Smoke rockets and napalm rockets.

[Fusion Cutter]

This weapon is used to cut through particularly tough metals and walls. This weapon may appear to be a giant gas tank and nozzle, which is exactly what it is. It uses the force of the compressed gasses to fuse with the metals and weaken them by as much as 100%. Although the weapon itself is not lethal, it can easily rend units unconscious.

[255CC 'Chain Sore']

Somewhat unorthodox but nonetheless useful, the Chain sore excels in close combat. It's uncanny ability to hack through even the toughest armor makes this an extremely useful tool in the field of battle, lending itself to the removal of obstacles and personnel alike. This particular model has been modified to accept a self synthesizing fuel plant which allows it to operate indefinitely.

This weapon consists of a length of sharpened steel with a small non slip grip attached to form a rudimentary hilt. The Shiv is commonly used by soldiers in tight spaces as a substitute for the larger and heavier combat knife.

[Incendiary Grenade (Thrown)]

The Incendiary grenade is designed to spray red hot napalm 360 degrees from its landing position, thus scalding anyone close enough for said napalm to adhere to. Burn-a-nate!!!

As one famous battlefield general once said: "AHHHGH IT BURRRRNNNNS!!!"

[Demolition pack (Thrown)]

This weapon was designed to demolish any objects on the battle field that might affect units in battle. To prevent unwanted Tampering that could occur, the timer is locked once set, and will detonate whether it lies in the specified target area or in the hand of the unlucky soldier carrying it. The weapon is designed around five large canisters of highly Volatile Blastex gel joined with det wire to some good old fashioned C4, both of which are routed through an anti tamper timer.

[Proximity Fragmentation mine (PFM) (Thrown)]

This high tech mine was developed to deliver a directed blast upward. The explosion itself causes very little damage to its targets but rips the studded mine cap to pieces, blasting razor sharp chunks of metal in all directions. The PFM cannot detect if a target is friendly or not, and will detonate on any unit within sensor radius. This includes the unwitting soldier who places a primed PFM directly under his feet and then attempts to walk away from it.

This compact weapon operates by discharging a small concentrated burst of red hot Plasma encompassed by a magnetic field. Although the weapons ability to generate Plasma gas is indefinite, the energy required to produce a reliable magnetic containment field means that energy cells must be constantly replaced every few shots. A loss of charge means that the weapon will no longer operate correctly and will instead, discharge a harmless puff of plasma gas into the surrounding environment.

This weapon is 100% safe for its user although it does have a propensity to overheat and explode during operation.

[Magnetic Fusion Launcher]

The MFL is a rather odd weapon which uses a set of charged metallic rings to hurl large bombs toward enemies. This weapon appears to act as an equivalent Alien Grenade Launcher but packs a much larger punch.

Comes with Stun bombs, Regular Bombs and Heavy Bombs.

Also makes an excellent platform for launching tennis balls

[Alien Grenade (Thrown)]

The Alien grenade operates in a similar way to a human Frag grenade. The weapon, once primed and thrown, releases a concentrated Plasma pulse that Melts the surrounding metallic shell and detonates a small charge which hurls the globs of molten metals in a 360 degree radius.
