TFTD has some terror units that can't live on land/water.
They get names from Ufo when placed in wrong environment. It was accidently discovered it when placed a Tentaculat on land using Xcomutil. It turned into a Chryssalid (not graphically).
Other strange names:

- Triscene(underwater): Reaper
- Calcinite(underwater): Floater
- Bio Drone(underwater): Silacoid
- Hallucinoid(on land): Sectopod
