This will be more in line with what the actual gameplay is. The base as a whole has all those facilities in it. Research is a concept encompassing both Science Labs and Laboratories.  Manufacturing encompasses Engineering, Workshops, and Foundries. Gray Market will be important as people will want to go somewhere for quick price comparisons.

I have been trying to contribute to the XCOM: Enemy Unknown (2012) pages. Particulary, [http://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=EU_(2012) this main page].  The User Hobbes [http://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=EU2012_Table&diff=37494&oldid=37487 reverted] my edits on 1Oct 23:43 with no attempt to discuss.  I put the top-most info in the talk on 1Oct 22:57, before his revert, to try to explain why I thought the edits would be more consistent with the new game formatFor awhile I was confused because the history didn't seem to show the edits; I eventually realized the history of that main page is different than the history of the [http://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=EU2012_Table&action=history EU 2012 Table] in it.  On 2Oct 3:04 I [http://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=EU2012_Table&diff=37505&oldid=37503 undid] his revert.  On 2Oct 10:53 Hobbes [http://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=EU2012_Table&diff=37512&oldid=37506 reverted again] without discussion and somehow [http://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=EU2012_Table&diff=37513&oldid=37512 protected] the Table such that it can no longer be editedHobbes' profile says User, so I don't know how that was done other than a request.  But, I don't see anything mentioning our situation in the Admin noticeboard or Edit Warring noticeboardNow I'm finally getting some [http://www.ufopaedia.org/index.php?title=User_talk:Hobbes&action=edit&section=6 discussion] but Hobbes' replies seem to not address the actual concern.

:I don't want to abuse my position as an administrator but: a) You changed the table from the format followed for all XCOM game tables on this wiki. b) I reverted and placed a notice on the page's Talk page. c) You reverted and didn't check the talk page. Since I don't want to get into a war of edits I protected the table. The other administrators can and should intervene if it's necessary but what I did was to keep wiki consistency and prevent the main table from being constantly edited. : Yeah, that play on Normal that I did got me all the way to the Overseer crash landing missionSo I realized that a bit after we talked last time.  Probably would be better to just refer to the Outsider as the humanoid and leave the spoiler about the crystal elsewhere than the Alien Life Forms page?  That overseer mission made me realize a hover SHIV with standard weapon and a bunch of laser rifles was not going to work. I moved so far ahead in storyline I was getting rocked every mission and like 2/3 my soldiers were in the InfirmaryBecause of that, and wanting to contribute to the Research page as I go, I went back and restarted my currently on-going Classic Ironman game.  I'm actually doing pretty well early on, though I did make a mistake and move my highest ranked Sgt. Assault up a tall ladder without any Overwatch; RIP Michelle "Let's Move" Obama :/ [[User:Robbx213|Robbx213]] 19:39, 12 October 2012 (EDT)

How would one go about requesting that a subsection be added to Gameplay Mechanics?  Specifically, I've found the lack of documentation about about in-game symbology to be frustrating, and would like to contribute to fixing that. --[[User:Grimlock|Grimlock]] 14:17, 21 October 2012 (EDT)

Yeah, that play on Normal that I did got me all the way to the Overseer crash landing mission. So I realized that a bit after we talked last time. Probably would be better to just refer to the Outsider as the humanoid and leave the spoiler about the crystal elsewhere than the Alien Life Forms page? That overseer mission made me realize a hover SHIV with standard weapon and a bunch of laser rifles was not going to work. I moved so far ahead in storyline I was getting rocked every mission and like 2/3 my soldiers were in the Infirmary. Because of that, and wanting to contribute to the Research page as I go, I went back and restarted my currently on-going Classic Ironman game.
