Why are you making duplicate pages Ant_Farm_X:EU12, Main_Page_Table_X:EU12, Wiki_Tips_X:EU12, Main Page Table X:EU12? If you are making a draft or sandbox pages, then keep them under your profile. Like User:Kokkan/Main_Page, otherwise you will just clutter up the wiki and make competing pages ending up with quantity rather than quality. --Kokkan 05:58, 4 October 2012 (EDT)

::: Go back and look at the Situation Room history and the contributions I made to it. And again, these are not competing pages.  As far as I know, you're the only who knows about them.  I'm doing what makes sense in my head for my own reference.  I'm really excited about the game and I want to kick it's butt, hopefully getting really far in Impossible someday.  To do that, I need to know the game inside and out.  To know it that well, I need the info organized in a way that makes sense and I can access it efficiently.  Besides, I can't really improve your existing pages when I don't have any new information... or when my edits get reverted and protected. How would one go about requesting that a subsection be added to Gameplay Mechanics? Specifically, I've found the lack of documentation about about in-game symbology to be frustrating, and would like to contribute to fixing that. --Grimlock 14:17, 21 October 2012 (EDT)

EU 2012 Table
Hey, could you please look into the table I'm updating at User:Hobbes/Sandbox_page and tell me what you think? After I wrote the XCOM (EU2012)XCOM page (I felt necessary to give a geral overview of XCOM and its mission) I realized you're right - makes sense to group all the different strategic aspects under XCOM Headquarters, just that the way you had it organized before that didn't made sense to me. Here's the organization I'm thinking of:

* HQ and general Base Facilities

* Mission Control

* Situation Room

* Research

* Engineering

* XCOM Craft

* Soldiers

You can find a description of each category under XCOM (EU2012)#XCOM. I'm also considering making a graph to show how the 7 categories should be connected with one another in order to win the game. Hobbes 06:31, 5 October 2012 (EDT)

Yeah, that play on Normal that I did got me all the way to the Overseer crash landing mission. So I realized that a bit after we talked last time. Probably would be better to just refer to the Outsider as the humanoid and leave the spoiler about the crystal elsewhere than the Alien Life Forms page? That overseer mission made me realize a hover SHIV with standard weapon and a bunch of laser rifles was not going to work. I moved so far ahead in storyline I was getting rocked every mission and like 2/3 my soldiers were in the Infirmary. Because of that, and wanting to contribute to the Research page as I go, I went back and restarted my currently on-going Classic Ironman game. I'm actually doing pretty well early on, though I did make a mistake and move my highest ranked Sgt.
