- Same thing, isn't it? My soldier was 70 Will, Mind Fray had 30% chance against Elite EXALT, their article says got 80 will (I guess on Normal), plus 10 makes 90. Plus, not so much "difficulty penalty" as "all enemies are boosted, some get more than others," like how Etherials get +25 instead of +10. --Xuncu 01:27, 29 November 2013 (EST)
- There is difference - If alien's will is increased, they'll have increased chance to psi attacks. Or if it is just difficulty penalty, their psi attack chance will remain as same. Progeny in March?
Hey, are you sure that Portent can appear in late March? You added it to the Progeny page (and I moved the whole thing later to the Missions page) but there's a user at the 2K forums that has done a few reloads to see if he could get it in March and has never seen it so far. - I haven't been able to reproduce this either. Although I did have two Council missions in March (Bomb Disposal & Target Extraction) and no amount of savescumming seemed to turn second Council mission into Portent. However, April 9 and Portent popped up.--DracoGriffin 21:15, 15 December 2013 (EST)
- Hm, coulda sworn I had it in March the first time. Of the three EW campaigns I've played so far, I actually only had Progeny on once (that first time), so my memory may be wrong. I don't think a reload would do it anways, may work if you do new campaigns alltogether. I dunnno, it's been too long for me to be sure anymore. --Xuncu 02:19, 16 December 2013 (EST)
