This here is a comprehensive list of all the engines in X-Com Apocalypse. This is pretty self-explanatory, and later on in the game you won't even need these, as your craft don't even HAVE engines, but here they are if you need them.
The aircraft based on the Alien ships which are built by X-Com do not require engines as their propulsion is based off the Alien propulsion systems.
