The Stun Grenade can be used to stun targets within a small area for a brief time. Larger Aliens may need weakening before they can be stunned.

Real-Time: 80 stun damage per second up to maximum of 255.
Turn-Based: immediate 80 stun damage.
A basic non-lethal grenade used to incapacitate an entity. Useful for capturing live aliens, but some may need to be injured first if their health is too high eg: multiworm. The green gas cloud replaces smoke already lingering on the battlescape and will extinguish fires. Any unit caught within the cloud will attempt to escape immediately which can be used to scatter groups of hostiles since anyone running from the cloud does not fire their weapon. Any shielded unit will be affected by gas whereas a Micronoid Aggregate is immune.
