Researchable artifacts give a flat 1000DP bonus, regardless of whether you have a currently active Data Point multiplier, at least on the Steam version. I suspect the code handles artifacts in a different section than DP pickups. Arrow Quivershaft

I compiled a lot of this information off the top of my head outside the game, so wasn't able to verify the particulars. I'll change it to reflect that - and maybe have spin of the game later to see if the same is true with the original release.
