While all X-COM agents have basic psionic abilities, they will need to upkeep and further their skills outside of combat if any efficiency is hoped to archieve.
The psi gym has various equipment and activities that can be used to enhance and train psionic techniques.
Hybrids have the greatest potential for psionic combat, but human can also take part to enhance their psionic abilities.
Androids cannot use training facilities.
