An entry level engine sold by Superdynamics which is suited to very small airborne vehicles only. The power of this engine is wanting so its best to swap out this engine with something better to get massive increases of acceleration. Typically it is best to sell the SD Standard and upgrade, but if you have to use it, then it is a capable engine only for the Hoverbike and only in very early combat engagements. (should not be used when Fast Attack Ships appear and there on after)
The size of this engine is 2x2. It is in the small category. It is the cheapest and most lacking.
This engine can power a Hawk Air Warrior (the largest terran airborne vehicle), but at very restricted acceleration.
