Aim

I think throwing doesn't need aim because it always landed on designated target. BioBrain 12:02, 9 October 2012 (EDT)

Critical Damage

I suspect this is Bonus Damage for criticals, provided primarily through perks such as Bring 'em On, Headshot, and Killer Instinct.
