It's pretty clear that you dislike Holo-Targeting but the page should be NPOV, which means Neutral Point Of View, as stated on the Wiki Tips (EU2012) and the UFOpaedia_style_guide and that's what I was doing by rewriting it - list the pros and cons of each one and let the reader decide by himself, not tell him what to choose. So what I'll please ask is for you to either rewrite the section/page with a NPOV style and/or discuss your opinions either on the Talk/Discussion pages or move your content to your personal page(s).
