I think for any "do Y an X number of times" ones, it is counted each time if you reload a checkpoint and do it again during a battle: pretty sure I got the "Without Your Armor" one on the same Muton after redoing the battle it was in. --Xuncu 05:02, 26 August 2013 (EDT)
