Is there a way to check what foundry upgrades there are and more specifically, what they do? I tried making a list, but the descriptions on most of them offer only vague statements as to what they actually do.

Thank you for your work. In the foundry, Sentinel Drone (obtained through Cyberdisc autopsy) is missing. Shaped Armor gives +3HP to SHIV and MEC. Psi warfare systems is missing. Greetings (pat_sch).
