- Precisely. Though if you're building a Psi squadron and you got Not Created Equal and Hidden Potential on, you should basically not, because while they (and Annette) are guaranteed, it makes it less likely that anyone else will test positive (at least not with some measure of save-scumming). --Xuncu 19:39, 5 December 2013 (EST)
