IGLOB abbreviation

What does IGLOB (and LIGLOB for that matter) stand for?--Grilse 06:48, 17 August 2011 (EDT)

I can only guess at what the "I" stands for. Information? "LI" might be Local Information. Or even LIra, since that is where the funds are stored. Of course, that's just grasping at straws!
"GLOB" is very likely Global, considering the nature of the information stored in these two files. -NKF 01:35, 19 August 2011 (EDT)
