Ground Tile Toggle

A visual explaination:

This is what the ground looks like undamaged.

This is an explosion from a (first one) Vortex Mine. Notice the damaged 3x3 area.

This is the start of another (second one) Vortex Mine explosion. directly over the top of the damaged area.

This is the end of that Vortex Mine explosion. Notice how the 3x3 tile area has changed back to undamaged.
Each toggle of these undamaged, damaged, undamaged ...and so on... tiles, will deduct (9 × 50) = $450 each time.
