Official Entry: "The People Tube network is the mass transit system for the whole city. The anti-gravity pathways suspend the traveler above the floor and safely propels them at speeds of about 25 miles an hour."

Owner
Transtellar as the owner is an error.
The people tubes are owned by the organisation which has any type of people-tube-structure within their (overhead view) property line. Any tube-pipe-walkway-elevated-piece of people tube which is not over owned land ...has no owner!
Notes
- If there is enough damage inflicted upon the network some areas of Mega-Primus can became sealed off until the tubes are rebuilt. This might delay or prevent the arrival of newly recruited X-COM scientists and engineers if the taxi services of Transtellar are unavailable.
- People Tubes are very fragile and are usually one of the first structures to be destroy during ship fighting on Mega-Primus; a stray shot taking down a structural support can bring down long stretches of People Tubing at once.
