In General

Xcom no longer throws away partially used ammo clips! In previous games, if you had a plasma clip with 20 shots and you fired one shot from it during a mission, this clip would be completely deleted after the mission was over. In this version, each bullet is salvaged, and your agents will take the effort to consolidate all those bullets into full clips. For instance, if you have 5 clips with 20/20, 15/20, 15/20, 10/20, 5/20 = 65 total bullets remaining, the game will consolidate that into 4 clips with 20/20, 20/20, 20/20, 5/20 bullets remaining. ... the game will do the same thing when it rearms agents after a mission, only taking as many bullets as are needed to restock your agents.
